From this questionnaire I will find out key infomation that will influence the direction that my music video goes in as i will want to make sure that it ticks all the right boxes when being watched by my target audience.

Just a reminder to add to this. I would really invest some time and effort into demonstrating your reserach into your target audience. Take some photos of the 'type' of person you would imagine listening to your music. Really show that you have thought very carefully about their interests, values, income, lifestyle, other preferred music geres, etc, etc. Consider HOW your own artisit / music video will tap in and appeal to your audience. Think in terms of 'representaiton'.
